Conversation

The journey to your next stunning renovation with TJ Premium Construction begins with a conversation. During this initial, complimentary meeting, you’ll speak with one of our seasoned renovation and construction specialists. This discussion helps us understand if our team is the right match for your vision. We’ll explore ideas, discuss current trends, and go over material selections and any other factors essential for your project. This is your chance to share your vision, goals, and budget, and for us to ensure we align perfectly with your needs.

Creation

Once we’ve agreed to move forward, it’s time to design and plan. We’ll start by signing an initial planning agreement and taking measurements of your space. From there, we will develop a plan that brings your vision to life, presenting you with 2 to 3 different concepts, complete with sketches and 3D drawings. This phase includes detailed budget discussions and initial material selections that best suit your space and vision. An initial deposit will be required to proceed with this phase.

Contract

With the initial design and planning complete, we move to formalize the project with a contract. This agreement will detail every aspect, from material selections to design finishes and construction expectations. You’ll also meet your dedicated Project Manager, who will guide you through each step of the process. At this stage, a percentage of the total estimated project cost will be due to ensure everything is aligned for a successful build.

Construction

Now, the real transformation begins! We will sign a fixed-price contract to start permitting and pre-construction activities at your location. Your Project Manager will keep you informed with regular updates and scheduled meetings throughout the construction phase. This ensures you are always in the loop with the project’s progress. We will also conduct a final walk-through upon completion to ensure everything meets your expectations. Progress payments will be required during this stage.

Completion
